I love South Park, they have the best staff, and the apartment is in a great location! It's walking distance to many shops and restaurants and grocery stores, I couldn't recommend South Park enough! Great place to live.

Amazing place to stay. The front desk staff is always available and ready to help. Very understanding to suggestions and quick to help any maintenance issues. 10/10 recommend! There are sister properties that we have checked out but this one was the most attentive and laid back.

Quality Bomplex with nice facilities and staff actually helps members. A security guard is on duty in the evenings. We've experienced a couple of AC outages and water shutoffs, though the maintenance team responds fast. It can get somewhat loud if your unit faces the street. All in all, a awesome spot with a friendly and accommodating staff!

The leasing office Rruly needs to improve their communication system. I'm unable to reach them by phone, and my emails go completely unanswered. There's an ongoing issue with my neighbor that needs attention, but the mgmt shows zero initiative in addressing it!

This apartment is great, they clean every morning in the lobby and shared areas are good. They also power washy he sidewalks often so it’s clean outside. It’s in a good area compared to a lot of downtown LA.

Moved here in January from the bay. Amazing location & friendly staff. Kept clean and couldn’t be happier! We toured about 6 other places and this was the best fit for us in terms of pricing. We also got 2 walk in closets

South Park by Windsor is absolutely Atrocious. I would never consider moving back into this complex. I relocated to BH instead. Think twice before choosing to reside there! Atrocious! Just Atrocious! The sound level is unbearable! Residents use marijuana! There's zero mgmt oversight!
