I don't usually like to leave bad reviews unless it's REALLY BAD. This company just straight up lies to you before you move in and then doesn't do anything after they have your money. In my case, there was clear water damage in the guest bathroom before we moved in. You could see the water stains on the ceiling and walls. It must have been really bad and they just tried to sloppily patch things up. But, it looked terrible. The "property manager" who I've never seen since our tour and clearly doesn't live in this building (sooo illegal!), promised that everything would be fixed before we moved all our stuff from Reno. I should have listened to my gut and stayed away from this place! You've got so many issues, but here's two more: 1) there's a drug dealer living in my building who has really loud parties between 2-4 am! We've been complaining about it for 6 months and nothing has been done! 2) these guys actually raised rent illegally during the temp rent increase moratorium after covid. When I repeatedly complained, the mgmt just ignored me. So, now I've contacted an attorney. But, that could just be a bigger headache! Wiseman is a shady company. Do yourself a favor and go someplace else.
