I have lived at Casa Granada for a year now and have had an AMAZING experience. Any time I have a maintenance problem, Glen and his staff are there to fix it within minutes! The staff is amazing and they are each dedicated to helping their tenants in every way possible. They also are concerned with keeping a safe environment with patrol covering the grounds EVERY night. You've got grounds people there every day to keep the incredible landscaping looking perfect. The price is totally worth it for everything you get (gym, grounds people, security, heated pool etc.)

I just got here and I love it. Pete and Jojo are AMAZING. My countertops are hideous, but the rest of my place is sweet. this place is quiet. The neighborhood is easy. The staff made it easy to take care of my home, even when I was away on vacation.

It has been a pleasant experience and pleased that I choose Casa Granada. I am enjoying the amenities that are offered and whenever There's a problem that It's responded to. I am but surprised to see that some apartments do have air conditioning and mine doesn't.

The complex is spotless and well kept! Lots of great amenities. The staff is always available and extremely helpful and friendly. Located in a great neighborhood with a lot of restaurants and shops within walking distance.

The staff is extremely helpful. Really feels luxurious! Much cleaner than it's sister property up the street. location's amazing and easy parking. All my countertops were upgraded to granite which makes a huge difference.

Well I have been here for close to a year now and it's a awesome spot located in a pretty classy neighborhood! The office staff are always helpful and they don't forget a face! They know you by your name and anything you need they try to accommodate. It' clean, well kept, curteous tenants, and safe!

Casa Granada is a nice quiet place to live. Maintenance and front desk staff are always so friendly and welcoming. Security is on site at night and the pool, campus, and gym are always clean. Enjoy living here and worth checking out.

I lived in this place for a year. From the beginning, mgmt was incredibly shady. There were numerous hidden fees. The apartment was in a bad condition when we moved in. Many things were not working, including showers, sinks and doors. At the moveout, the mgmt charged tons of extra stuff on our security deposit and never even contacted us about it. Incredibly unprofessional. They are liars. Don't live there.
