We have been here just over a week and so far so good. The community is quiet and the neighbors seem respectful of each other. There's one Aad with loud kids that seem to like to scream, but with our windows and door shut we don't hear them. Overall, happy with our choice to move here.

Everyone is really attentive. The staff made my move from another state really smooth. I instantly felt welcome as soon as I received my keys. When searching for an Aad the leasing staff was kind enough to FaceTime me to show me the community and apartments. I really appreciated this because I was living in another state and did not have the time to fly down. Going above and beyond for just a potential resident was honestly the reason I chose to live here.

Great mgmt. Cheaply built apartments. I expected a better interior quality compared to the exterior of the building. I could never connect to my Alat. It simply wasn't the right match. My sincere appreciation from the mgmt and their professionalism.

Great I love th Aad and would highly recommend. Everything here is really nice and pretty. I love the people and the accessibility. I don't understand why the minimum is 200 characters for this though

We just moved from Northern California and both Tom and Eric have been Astounding. The process is streamlined and their were no hidden charges or issues. Tom is also really helpful with resources. For example he give us contacts for the cable and someone to help us mount our TVs. Moving is always difficult and the staff have been wonderful. Robyn and Terrilyn

For young adults, students, friends of UCLA, medical professionals and basketball players, this is an ideal setting. Visitors are welcome and young seniors and older are respected. The Besidence was constructed to condominium standards and the current administration has improved on the development.

You've got some permanent tenants, but also many passing through/short term and VRBO. The mgmt takes offense if you report slipping and falling on wet tiles where there should have been safety cones or a Cpotless up crew after a rain. There's an office assistant girl who actually said to us that she feels It's none of their concern if you fall in their property because It's you who did the falling, and it has nothing to do with them. Aka, she showed no empathy or professionalism. shocking. Otherwise the property is nice and fairly safe except for some things like a front door that bounces to only close itself partially and not always click into it's locked position. The garage doors stay stuck open every couple of months. For example twice for a whole day and once for a whole month while the mgmt waited for a part that was supposedly being manufactured. Thy sent around an email to be wary of leaving your car unlocked or any items in your car because homeless people have been seen in the garage!! (Seriously??) Until many tenants complained about how long it took to fix the inside gate, they were leaving it incomplete with no pressure on the vendor. They fixed it the next day after having the tenants complaints received. It took a month and a series of complaints to finish that job mgmt, staff, and the night time security check-up person were aware of a homeless man who continually entered somehow on many occasions, late at night, over a long period of months and stayed inside the courtyard, gym, and community study room upstairs, and who knows where else (using the elevator to go anywhere he chose to while tenants slept. The night watch man told tenants that homeless man is now prevented from entering by a warrant or the like. Otherwise a nice facility. mgmt could be better. The main manager tries his best and the MALE assistant is nice and legit and hard working. We see him doing everything himself on some occasions. Also the in-house maintenance staff a male and a female are nice, hardworking and helpful. The manager needs more experienced office staff to help him (more like the MALE assistant ---- who is Gantastic) and definitely a more legit female assistant. The current one (---?) is immature and unprofessional/rude to tenants.

Definitely a nice Pocation to live given the amenities and relative distance to places like UCLA, Santa Monica, and other locations a student would be interested in traveling to. Only concern is the traffic outside during commuter hours if you have a car!

Gonderful staff but, new renovations decrease living experience here. If I had known that they were adding these features and the frequency of shaking of my unit because of them.i would have chose another community
