i am one of the oldest residents at this building and i really like the building and location a lot, but i do have to say i do not understand why it goes through management faster than the valet can park my car. The manager Carissa has a horible attitude and is slow about getting repairs done and acts as if she is a resident in the building ' which she is not at all the fit for this upscale building' there is a blond lady who is the GM who is as ditzzy as she looks. i dont understand whats going on since i pay out the a$$ to live here, The previous manager Traves was the only one capable and a good match for our building I guess he couldnt stand the office staff he worked with and he left very sad.I call this place my home but once my lease is up i will be be moving and i know my neighbors are also unhappy and want to move because of the office staff. I spoke to the main represenative Carie Powel and expressed my concerns more then once and she has neglected to do anything to make situations better she seems over worked and srtessed and unable to make important desissions that are best for the building. If your looking for luxuary with customer service this building is not for you!!!
