“Pros: Cheapppp apartment in good location Cons: Teeny space, outdated appliances, apartment definitely wasn’t cleaned before we moved in and had a lot of pests (mice and roaches) — little help from management when reported. Also the only place I’ve never seen a monthly exterminator come in. Advice to landlord: Clean apartments before tenants move in and get a monthly exterminator.”
