“Unit 10 Pros: There’s a laundromat in the storefront/basement level of the building so laundry is convenient. Cons: Landlords are shockingly unresponsive, building management is abhorrent. Rampant roach infestation and rats in the walls.”

“Unit 16 Pros: The super Laundromat is right below the building Great parks Subway station close Buzzer works Great appliances and water pressure Neighbors were sweet and kind Cons: Not the most clean (landlord should invest on a deep cleaning), also some neighbors were not clean and left trash A bit noisy on one side (right by Amsterdam Av) The mailboxes were tricky Advice to landlord: Help the super by investing in deep cleaning the building”
