★★★★★Sep 2025

Pros: Good location but not worth the price or headache. Cons: We had mice, bedbugs, and roaches and they kept coming back no matter what we did. The trash outside would just pile up and management would do nothing about it. Also had super noisy neighbors that would fight all the time. Could hear their conversations clear as day.

Pros: great area, decent pest control, trash outside, good space in the apt. Cons: kept turning off hot water, takes long time to get back to you of maintenance, things kept breaking, not a lot of light Advice to landlord: more on top of maintenance

Pros: I liked that the location was nice and you didn’t here much going on from the street. Cons: The pests were a problem. We had cockroaches, mice, so many flies, and at one point bed bugs were coming in. Lots of people in the building left because of bed bugs.
