“Pros: Cozy walk up, fantastic location, good sunlight exposure (for west-facing apartments). Cons: thin ceilings so you can hear neighbors walking/stomping around, landlord very unresponsive, old old building with barely any upkeep Advice to landlord: be more responsive to tenant issues. windows are old and thin and drafty - they could use replacing”
