Stairwells extremely dirty and doorknobs to stairwells always broken off. Buildings front door broke at times, accessible to anyone. Work orders get done when they feel like getting to them. Always leaks. Heat is non-existent during colder months. Advice to landlord: Please, do a better job, please!”
