Pros: Comfortable almost everyone here knows each other and there is a security guard manning the entrance Cons: Security guard lets everyone in manage staff can be very( new girl) Advice to landlord: More care for tenants and upgrades

Pros: Could have been worse. Neighbors are fine Cons: Pests control issues, super dragged feet about a lot of maintenance issues. If it weren’t rent stabilized I wouldn’t live here

Pros: It’s in New York City Cons: Where do I start. A really serious pest infestation. The building is so dirty and poorly kept up with. Stairwells extremely dirty and doorknobs to stairwells always broken off. Buildings front door broke at times, accessible to anyone. Work orders get done when they feel like getting to them. Always leaks. Heat is non-existent during colder months. Advice to landlord: Please, do a better job, please!

Pros: Neighbors are nice and keep to themselves, Verizon friendly Cons: Short staffing in maintenance, never update apartment appliances, rodent problem, huge lawn with no access, outdated fuse box, pipe issues causes paint to chip in most bathrooms. Advice to landlord: Update fixtures and change cabinets in apartment without work after 10 years.
