“Unit 2c Pros: Fabulous location, nice natural light if you are street facing. Beautiful floors. Cons: The appliances are old, the bathroom was dirty and hard to clean, and the management is not super responsive. But nothing that was a waving red flag -- like that bathroom is grimy, but not so much so that it's disgusting Advice to landlord: I think you should be more responsive to resident needs and questions and complaints”
