“Unit 2 Pros: Relatively cheap units compared to rest of Manhattan. ~20 min walk to Central Park and ~10 min walk to subway. Super was live-in and decently responsive! Cons: No sunlight. Lived on first floor, and there were roaches, mites, rats, spiders, and bugs of every kind. The floor is not sealed properly so all of them get into your home. Package theft was rampant. Advice to landlord: Properly seal the rooms from the outside!”
