“Pros: Landlord is very responsive and genuinely a nice person, truly cares about his tenants. Location is great right at the crux of several different neighborhoods (Chinatown, Lower East, Nolita, Little Italy, Soho...) and good public transport access. Nice finishes and well maintained - great quality for the price (rent controlled!). Cons: Apartments are small, and lower floors are dark. No buzzer system so have to walk downstairs to let in guests/receive deliveries. All manageable given the price for this area! Advice to landlord: Keep it up!”
