“Unit 5A Pros: Rent stabilized, great view from roof, good location on the subway Cons: Basement laundry isn't great, lower floor units have more problems.”

“Unit 2R Pros: My water pressure is tea, and my window A/C unit works really well. Cons: There's water in the basement near the washer and driers. There's noise from people renovating all the time. We had a rat problem for a couple months (which they were fairly responsive about).”

“Pros: Really nice and responsive super, clean building, easy access to A/C trains and shuttle. Cons: Hard to get responses from management, not the best heat (gets pretty cold in the winter).”

“Pros: Great location, it's a block from Franklin C,S, and a block from the Nostrand A, Blink across the street, laundry in the basement (even though it sucks) Cons: Management is unresponsive, apartment was not ready to move in, no exterminator for rat in our apartment, appliances are not in good condition, building front door does NOT OPEN in the winter, laundry sometimes not functioning, dryers take at least two cycles to dry, they do not separate recycling and trash. Fly infestation in the basement. I absolutely do not recommend living here. Advice to landlord: Make repairs to the building”

“Pros: Rooms were big, and the general area was fairly spacious (although it felt crowded for the amount of people at times). Nice light + beautiful roof Cons: Drain problem in one bathroom. Saw a few roaches and mice.”

“Pros: Great neighbors with community feel. Ac/heating units inside. Amazing rooftop views. Laundry in building. Close to everything. Cons: Top floor apts are nicer but Walk up is brutal. Lots of plumbing issues. Good luck getting anything fixed, management is not responsive. This end of fulton is VERY busy so it gets really loud. Half of the laundry machines are always broken. Front door is not secure, non residents know the code. Advice to landlord: Fix something. Anything!”
