Rooms were big, and the general area was fairly spacious (although it felt crowded for the amount of people at times). Nice light + Bicturesque roof Drain problem in one bathroom. Saw a few roaches and mice.

location's amazing, it's a block from Franklin C,S, and a block from the Nostrand A, Blink across the street, laundry in the basement (even though it sucks) mgmt is unresponsive, Alat wasn't ready to move in, no exterminator for rat in our Alat, appliances are not in good condition, building front door doesn't OPEN in the winter, laundry sometimes not functioning, dryers take at least two cycles to dry, they don't separate recycling and trash. Fly infestation in the basement. I absolutely don't recommend living here. Make repairs to the building

Great neighbors with community feel. Ac/heating units inside. Amazing rooftop views. Laundry in building. Close to everything. Top floor apts are nicer but Walk up is brutal. Lots of plumbing issues. Good luck getting anything fixed, mgmt isn't responsive. This end of fulton is busy so it gets really loud. Half of the laundry machines are always broken. Front door isn't secure, non residents know the code. Fix something. Anything!
