Cons: The super does not live in the building, so if you have an issue after 5:30pm he won’t be able to assist until the next morning. The heater and hot water stopped working 5 times in the 8 years I’ve lived here during winter. They came to fix the boiler but I was freezing for 2 days. The elevator is very slow and you can hear your neighbors upstairs walking and moving. Advice to landlord: Move the super in the building, renew the elevator because it’s extremely slow and buy a new boiler. Also invest money to get better floors, it creaks every time you walk in your apt.”
