“Pros: super proactive maintenance, staff is great. can't hear neighbors. Cons: air conditioning units are terrible. inefficient and drive up the electric bill.”

“This building does not have normal rentals. It is a building that you must go through the sales office or an owner. It truly is a GREAT location. Very close to the F train and you are in NYC in 10 minutes. The tram is terrific. The views are great. THe apt is newly renovated. The staff at the front desk is spectacular. Check it out. This building makes Roosevelt Island up and coming. Looks like they are in the process of building another apt.”
