This building doesn't have normal rentals. It's a building that you must go through the sales office or an owner. It truly is a location's amazing. close to the F train and you are in NYC in 10 minutes. The tram is terrific. The views are great. THe apt is newly renovated. The staff at the front desk is spectacular. Check it out. This building makes Roosevelt Island up and coming. Looks like they are in the process of building another apt.
