“Unit 4 Pros: The building is a small and historic walk-up that is well-maintained. Although there's no cleaning of the hallways, so I vacuum the hall myself. The super is lovely and the landlord is actually great too, although he responds better to phone calls than text messages. I rarely see bugs and when I do, they send the exterminator very quickly. Cons: There's really nothing I would say bad about it”
