“Pros: Great price in rent in comparison to prices in Manhattan Cons: Very poorly organized building - no one to call or attend to if had any issues. Landlord was super unresponsive and would come high. There were leaks off our walls, mice, with no one to attend to the issue. Advice to landlord: Get a better landlord / listen to your tenants”
