★★★★★Dec 2025

“Pros: Location facing Prospect Park Q Train & grocery around the corner Laundry in basement Rent stablized Lobby is regularly cleaned Cons: Despite stabilization, rent is high - they hike it between tennants, but still below legal rent. Management is evasive Super can be rude Packages get stolen - front door has been broken on-and-off for two years”

“Pros: Across the park. Pet friendly. Supermarket near by. Train station and bus near by as well. Cons: Disgusting Super. So rude! Advice to landlord: Get a new Super!”

★★★★★Oct 2025

“Pros: Right by the park Right by the train Large unit for the price I can’t overstate how nice it is to be this close to the park. Plus my apartment was massive (I think affordable because the train is right outside the window LOL) Cons: Dirty even on the day I moved in Management tries to pin the blame on you Walls feel verrry thin Ultimately we never had any significant issues for management to fix… no pests, no mold that we know of, etc. So this trade off was fine — I can handle thin walls and dirty apartments can be cleaned. Advice to landlord: Clean apartments and fix issues”

“Unit B1 Pros: Location location location Cons: Lots of thefts of packages, continually broken front door, up until recently non responsive management. Advice to landlord: Install the package storage area as you promised.”

★★★★★Jul 2022

“Pros: There is a laundry room in the basement and that's very convenient. The maintenance guy is very sweet and keeps the common areas clean. Cons: If you're not in a newly renovated apartment for which you're charged through the roof (aka if you're not a temporary gentrifier) you can forget about your apartment being properly maintained. The back courtyard is locked and no one can use it. There are mice. Advice to landlord: Open up the back yard to the tenants, what's the point of re-tiling it otherwise? Oh, so you can apply for capital improvement that your tenants don't benefit from!”
