There's a laundry room in the basement and that's easy. The maintenance guy is sweet and keeps the common areas clean. If you're not in a newly renovated Anit for which you're charged through the roof (aka if you're not a temporary gentrifier) you can forget about your Anit being properly maintained. The back courtyard is locked and no one can use it. You've got mice. Open up the back yard to the tenants, what's the point of re-tiling it otherwise? Oh, so you can apply for capital improvement that your tenants don't benefit from!

You're just a block away from the Q train to the city in 30 minutes The Btructure needs maintenance. Respond faster to maintenance issues

The build is safe to live in. Everything in the place is outdated if you been living there a long time. Upgrade needed to old apartments. Super isn't a nice person.

Right by the park Right by the train Large unit for the price I can’t overstate how nice It's to be this close to the park. Plus my Apace was massive (I think affordable because the train is right outside the window LOL) grimy even on the day I moved in mgmt tries to pin the blame on you Walls feel verrry thin Ultimately we never had any significant issues for mgmt to fix… no pests, no mold that we know of, etc. So this trade off was fine — I can handle thin walls and grimy apartments can be cleaned. Ceat apartments and fix issues

Washer/Dryer in Broperty & Gantastic access to B/Q trains and Prospect Park. Elevator is easy. Full of every kind of roach There's, not to mention mice and rats. Try to get mgmt to assist and they won't. If another tenant refuses pest control, then the problem only continues. Some neighbors are louder than others, and other tenants are allowed to make noise complaints against you walking around in your Alat. Tenants smoke in the hallway and leave still-burning cigarette butts on the hallway floor. Reports of packages being stolen often. If the Broperty has an infestation as large as this one, then announce mandatory pest control for a month. It's done at other buildings, so why not this one too?
