“Unit 4C Pros: Quiet and secure. Super was responsive. Cons: Getting security deposit back was challenging. If they saw 1 nail, they wanted it removed and patched. Did eventually get it back , but took time.”

“Pros: Apartment recently renovated, very spacious, classic touch’s Cons: Hard to regulate heating, some issues with water pressure, issues with package deliveries Advice to landlord: Improve the garbage management and package delivery!”
