“Unit 2B Pros: It’s rent stabilized and in a great location Cons: Have had multiple problems with this building, including the ceiling collapsing, mice and sewage coming up through the bathroom sink. Each time I was met with either no response or that I should handle it. Advice to landlord: Make your apartment habitable.”
