— 258 BUSHWICK AVENUE · Brooklyn“Pros: Affordable & rent stabilized. Friendly neighbors. Large roof. Large apartments. Location. Cons: Management & maintenance responsiveness and ability to fix issues. Heat breaks often. Garbage is piled in the elevator to take down to the curb and often takes up ¾ of the elevator instead of doing 1 floor at a time. Elevator breaks for a day every months or two. Advice to landlord: Be better about communicating. The tenants never know what’s going on”
