Several exterior doors are unlocked and anyone can access the building at any time. They currently have a problem with someone sneaking in from 12-4am with a mailbox master key taking everyone’s mail. Minimal security cameras and dark hallways. My floor was very smelly. Outdated plumbing, and you need your own appliances. Advice to landlord: Maintain the building.”
