“Unit apt 1 Pros: ok apartment! solid deal Cons: Worst landlord situation i’ve ever had, the landlord illegally piped our gas into our neighbors apt- drilling through a firewall (extremely illegal). In the middle of the night there was a large gas leak that could have killed us. We went without gas- heat, hot water, stove usage for 6 months while dealing with Abes BS. Did manage to not pay rent for that time thankfully, but would advise anyone to avoid this landlord Advice to landlord: Nothing is worth putting someone’s life in danger”

“Pros: Great neighbors, private entrance. Not a terrible size for an apartment, rooms set up well. Cons: Bathroom is literally falling off the back of the building. Big mice problem, heat did not work in winter. Small rooms, one closet for whole place. Owner wanted to scrimp on fixes for serious issues like toilet flooding and a kitchen sink pipe with a hole in it, and squirrels in walls. Advice to landlord: Gut and fix.”
