“Unit 21 Pros: The building ambiance was great, and the super's parents who took care of the building were great. If you were facing 3rd ave, the light was amazing in the afternoon. Cons: The appliances were dated for the price, and it was hard to get a hold of the super most of the time. If your room was on 3rd ave and you were on a lower level it was LOUD. Packages were stolen often. The pros and cons of the building were truly equal. Advice to landlord: Update”
