“This place has turned into a total dump. It’s dirty, there’s trash littered on the sidewalk out front, the laundry machines are filled with mold and the elevator breaks down every 3 months. Been living here for 2 years and only in the last year it has turned into a haven for drug addicts and homeless people camped out on the front steps. Samson Management doesn’t make repairs and have multiple city violations. The building has been broken into several times in the last year, apartments burglarized. Any package you have delivered here will be stolen. I’ll be moving out soon, thankfully.”

“Pros: Not a whole lot. The entire facade has been covered with scaffolding for years. Drug addicts always perched on the steps leading to building, several tenants and friends of tenants have been assaulted at the front door. Cons: Almost everything. Elevator constantly breaking down. Mold in all the washing machines, a scary mentally ill war vet who lives on the ground floor. Packages stolen from the mail room. Huge cockroaches everywhere. Very expensive rentals - - $4600/month for a crappy 2.5 bedroom. Advice to landlord: Lower your rents until you get rid of the scaffolding”
