“Pros: Apartment had updated appliances Easy access to subway and groceries Other tenants are very chill Management changed 3 times in 1 year but current management seems very responsible and easy to work with Cons: Most apartments are very small Small staircase/hallways might make moving hard for higher floors”

“Pros: Modern units. Great location Cons: The sound proofing is terrible between units. You hear everything. The new owner is terrible and they appear to turn the heat off during long weekends to save money.”
