“Unit 6B Pros: The size of the units are nice and there are a lot of closets in units. Cons: Poor building management. It seems like they just want to collect checks and are not interested in the concerns of the tenants. Advice to landlord: Please get new management. The building is not clean. There are bugs, flys everywhere. The garbage is often taken out late. There is a new super practically every month. The building gets a fine for the sidewalk being dirty weekly.”

“Pros: Great floor plan to apartment, big back yard Cons: Overflowing trash, broken lock on front door and package theft, rodents, insects, incompetent management and impotent super. Advice to landlord: If the way you manage the building is conscious you are disrespectful, if the way you manage the building is unconscious you are incompetent. Choose to be better!”

“Pros: Super very responsive, large bathroom and lots of closets Cons: Elevator breaks a lot, crazy neighborhood, people get into the building steal packages/bikes, sometimes pass out in stairwell, lots of street noise Advice to landlord: Get better security, mandate both lobby doors be locked, bike room should always be locked”
