Super responsive, large bathroom and lots of closets Elevator breaks a lot, crazy neighborhood, people get into the building steal packages/bikes, sometimes pass out in stairwell, lots of street noise Get better security, mandate both lobby doors be locked, bike room should always be locked

mgmt is incredibly quick to respond, the bathroom is spacious with abundant storage space throughout the unit The elevator frequently malfunctions, the area is quite rough, package and bike theft happens regularly due to people breaking in, individuals sometimes collapse in the hallways, and there's considerable noise from the street The building needs improved security measures, requiring both entrance doors to remain locked at all times, and the bike storage area needs to be consistently secured
