“Pros: - great, responsive super - friendly neighbors - reasonable rent/easy negotiation - no noise Cons: - gets a little warm in the summer because of thick walls”

“Pros: Spacious studio apartments, great location Cons: Beware of this landlord. The worst I’ve experienced. Apartment was often cold and there were problems with the radiator. Dated appliances. Pest issues. I could go on and on... would not recommend. Advice to landlord: These apartments must be renovated and tenants must be treated with respect.”

“Pros: We lived there for 7 years. No problems. Our drain was clogged once. They hired someone to clean the inside of the building once a week, which is nice. Cons: Trash gets messy outside. We lived on the first floor, and you can hear the guys getting cans in the middle of the night.”
