Landlord/Owner has multiple violations against him from the city and the building is poorly maintained overall. There is exposed wiring in the common hallways, intermittent heat and hot water and gas leaks. There is no live-in super, even though he advertises one in his rental listings. There is a part-time handyman who is rarely responsive and at best, unprofessional and dismissive. The landlord's response to resolving any issues is "if you don't like it, move out." He is the epitome of a slumlord. You may think you're getting a deal by the low move in costs but BEWARE...it will cost you more time, energy and money than you ever dreamed in the end.”
