“Unit 3R Pros: Really close to the J’M lines The general building is cleaned about once a week and the super is pretty quick to respond to issues. Cons: The first floor tenants have used the main foyer for their storage at times, and cleaning up isn’t something that they’re held accountable for in that regard. Also, super/landlord hasn’t brought anything into the foyer to help keep mail off the ground, which everyone piles up on the floor if it’s not theirs. Advice to landlord: Continue being responsive to our requests!”

“Pros: The unit is nice and it has 2 bathrooms. Cons: Every year the management company increases the rent by an astronomical amount. One year they raised the rent by $600/month. Mail often goes missing and the neighbors make the hallway a mess. Advice to landlord: Don't raise the rent by a crazy amount of money, it's absurd.”
