“Pros: Added cameras and a key fob Cons: Do not regularly clean building, Super doesn't respond promptly takes long to fix issues in the apartment, heat in the building is horrible, doesn't display the super's information in the lobby has an old's super information up there Advice to landlord: Hire another super and be more attentive to the building, we are located in a beautiful area of manhattan and have to deal with the building not being regularly cleaned or upkept”

“Pros: Rent stabilized and big units, laundry in unit and central AC Cons: Super does not respond to texts or calls and does not show up for repairs at the scheduled time. Building has mice and roaches. Management is semi-responsive but does not fix the issue”
