“Unit 4C Pros: Recently renovated, weekly/biweekly cleaning of staircases and stairwells, good super, working with Ethan is easy if you communicate effectively Cons: Buzzing; the entire building gets buzzed when packages are being delivered, creaky floors for the rent stabilized / haven’t moved since late 1900s apartments into our apartment which was renovated.”

“Unit No Pros: Space for Manhattan apartment Cons: Everything else especially the landlord unwillingness to help fix things and his rudeness toward tenants who pay their rent on time and respect his apartment. Also went without heat for several days during the coldest part of 2022 winter. Advice to landlord: Be nice and pay attention to your tenants requests. They are the reason you can be a landlord and get paid!”
