“Unit 2R Pros: Neighboor was very friendly Cons: Very thin walls, poor heat circulation during winter, unresponsive management—we had an issues with the ceiling leaking in the bath room that we reported for over a year but they barely responded to our emails. They finally did something when the entire building got together and it turned out to be a structural issue. Advice to landlord: Communication is important!!”
