“I've enjoyed living here the past few years. The super is incredibly responsive and helpful. He even went so far as to replace my air conditioning unit while I was at work. Noise is fine while you are inside of your apartment, but you can hear EVERYTHING from the hallway. Turns out my neighbor is also a big fan of Game of Thrones. The one qualm I have is that there is not enough bike parking, and the 'roof deck' isn't adequately furnished. It would be nice if they could put some grills and adequate seating in the public roof space. I haven't used it once in the time I've been here. The public space is always spotless and they're making moves to furnish the lobby more thoroughly. I am very happy with this building and the management. I think I'll sit tight until they get me some lounge chairs on the deck.”

“Apartment is clean, new and modern. Expensive so not for your typical renter but the biggest downside is the negative and angry building Super. I can stand the $4,000 rent but I expect a friendly personal. They need to hire friendly Building super and fire the existing one...”
