He will work with you to make accommodations in the apartment if you need them. Free storage in the basement for AC’s and super will take it down. Pest control once a month comes around if desired. Cons: Super is a bit too old, worried I was gonna kill him with any help I needed. But he was great. Washer and dryer in basement are outdated and you still need to pay. No pets (but people had pets so there are ways to get around it I guess) Advice to landlord: N/A”
