“Other folks seem to be upset for reasons I don’t understand. I haven’t dealt too much with the landlord aside from when I called her to first inquire about the building, but the supers, Paul and Joyce, are always responsive, always kind and respectful and say hi when I come into the building if we pass each other, I’ve never had an issue. There’s a mouse or two but it’s just entertainment for my cat and I’ve never seen droppings anywhere in my apartment. They just occasionally scurry in when the weather gets cold, and I think that’s kind of to be expected with living in the city, especially this close to the park. Keep your unit clean and you won’t have problems. I love it here, but maybe that’s because I moved from a much worse neighborhood. I hope I never move out, the location is unbeatable and the neighbors are quiet and have adorable pets. 10/10”

We do not keep food out and are very clean. However the landlord tries to blame it on us. The apts are really crappy too. 2 of our kitchen drawers didn't even have handles on them. If anyone knows how I can get out of this lease, please let me know!!!”
— 155 E 88TH ST · Manhattan“Constant mice infestation in this building. They are everywhere! The apartment is a good price, but it comes with its faults. The superintendants are rude and don't seem to care much about your problems. Their hours are limited and it takes several calls to get a problem resolved. Owner of building is unresponsive. Not a total dump, but I wouldn't live here again.”
— 155 E 88TH ST · Manhattan“Nice building. Good light. All apartments are tri or quad plexes. Very unique layouts. On-site super is very responsive. Trouble makers are removed from the building quickly.”
