“Pros: Neighbors are all friendly Family-focused building Beautiful neighborhood Great window Personable management Cons: Constant rat noises Cockroach issue (mostly done now, hopefully) The outside noise is too much Appliance issues, dated building and not well-kept Advice to landlord: Take care of the rats outside. There are still holes in the building outside which leads to rat noises being heard throughout the night down at the ground level”

“Pros: Close to Fairway, super was friendly and responsive, building was well maintained Cons: You could hear the everyone walking up and down the stairs, the apartment was not properly sprayed for pests prior to move in.”
