“Pros: Pretty block with trees. Cons: Home Depot quality construction and features. Constant presence of the landlords “hanging out” on the property. Poor maintenance of outdoor spaces, poor snow and ice removal. Generally condescending attitude toward tenants. Advice to landlord: Sell the building to someone interested in maintaining it properly.”
