“Pros: Location is great, the apartments are not terribly small and you are right on one of the best blocks in NYC Cons: Building is outdated, no buzzer, owner not quick to update the apartments such as really old flooring, appliances are cheap and water pressure not the greatest. Advice to landlord: Step up the amenities to make tenants happier..paying a lot of money for 1990s apartment”
