“Unit 3A Pros: Great location, very large for a Manhattan 2 bedroom. Cons: Not the buildings fault, but the area is very noisy, especially on weekend nights. Cars will park on the street and blast music. Also have a mice issue that was never resolved, the super only put down glue traps and the exterminator wasn’t willing to treat the kitchen.”

“Pros: washer and dryer in unit Cons: We had small german roaches, stairs are pretty awkward any time more than one person has to be there at the same time”
