“Pros: Great neighborhood, heat control, waste management. Cons: Bathroom leaks frequently”

“Unit 27 Pros: Updated units and normally quiet. Stairwell is nice and clean Cons: Super is not responsive you have to go through management multiple times to get anything fixed. Pest and rodent issues throughout the building”

“Pros: I like how quiet it is for the most part compared to other parts of the city and it's a small yet comfortable place to live in Cons: I really don't like the landlord Jeff. He's unresponsive and makes you pay for things when you ask for help. Advice to landlord: We need a new landlord”

“Unit 4 Pros: Location is great, garbage is taken out routinely. Cons: Management is unresponsive and delayed. Advice to landlord: Respond to tenants faster.”

“Pros: Good location, w/d in unit Cons: Management is poor at responding and put tenants in charge of calling pest Control and any other problems. A lot of rats at garbage area. Cockroaches. Land lord does not respond or assist. Avoid.”

“Pros: Good location. Apartments on the first floor have outdoor space. Cons: RATS. So many rats. I went to take out the garbage one night and heard rustling as if the wind was blowing the garbage bags. Then I realized there was no wind. There were rats everywhere It was horrifying. Apartments on the back of the building face the playground of an adjacent building. Advice to landlord: Pest control”
