“Pros: Reasonable place for the budget. Par for the course, no major surprises. Cons: Some roaches (pest control was decent at coming to spray regularly but some large roaches would still get in from outside), neighbors mentioned some mice. Garbage would pile up a bit too much. Overall minor complaints, the building suited my needs at the time with no major surprises. Advice to landlord: Property management and super were decent”

“Pros: Lots of natural light even on the lower floors. Nice enough neighbors and access to nearby subway station. Cons: The super has said racist comments in front of me about various groups of people Advice to landlord: Property owner can be hard to reach”

“Pros: Responsive super and management. Cons: Pigeons sometimes fly into stairwell.”

“Unit 5 Pros: I've loved living here--the super is pretty responsive, although weekend emergencies are not always addressed until Monday if they are not extremely urgent. He keeps the building very clean and taken care of. The building is quiet from the neighbors although we can definitely hear the traffic on the front street. No critters or bugs, no other real issues. Cons: Occasional package theft (no more than any other NY building though), management does not always respond to administrative emails as quickly as they could, apartment gets VERY hot in winter, floors are not even at all”

“Pros: The super is great, he does everything he can. Location is nice. Cons: Bugs, not the best neighbors, unkept stairwells, leasing office/PM does not email back ever”

“Pros: Laundry in basement, spacious layouts, elevator Cons: Cockroaches in the entire building, rats in the basement, there are drug dealers directly across the street and their customers use our stoop as a place to get high, Advice to landlord: Get the roaches under control”

“Pros: Good apartment space. Cons: Huge roach infestation and mice infestation. Building not clean and management horrible at responding and doesn’t care about tenants. Advice to landlord: Get the roaches out!”
