“Pros: Nice area outside the apartment. Cons: would not recommend living in this building due to serious management and maintenance issues. During the winter, my apartment temperature dropped to around 56 degrees because heat and hot water were not working. There was also a smoky odor near the boiler, which raised safety concerns. These are basic habitability issues, not minor inconveniences. What made the situation worse was the lack of communication from building management. Advice to landlord: Don’t nickel and dime. Be responsive.”

“Pros: Recently renovated units, quiet building Cons: Management and super are unresponsive and when they do respond, it takes months to get an issue resolved. Trash is often piled up outside the trash room and we have flies all around since not emptied out frequently enough. Elevator breaks at least twice a month.”

“Pros: Our unit was thoughtfully redone. Management was responsive and the super is fantastic. Cons: Tad on the small side”
