“Pros: The neighbors, all expect one apartment, are friendly and keeps to themselves most of the time. Cons: One apartment is very noisy, very chaotic, and always starting problems with other neighbors. Advice to landlord: Handle the neighbors in 5A because they’re driving away the tenants.”
